All donations made to support churches, ministries, schools, or platform development are non-refundable, unless:
A technical error (e.g., duplicate donation) occurred.
The wrong amount was charged.
The donation was made fraudulently.
If you believe a mistake was made, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We'll investigate and respond prayerfully and promptly.
If you subscribe to premium features (such as verified accounts, sponsored content, or early devotional access), refunds may be available:
You cancel within 24 hours of subscribing and have not used the service.
The service was not delivered or was defective.
You’ve used premium features or content
More than 7 days have passed since the transaction
For paid online courses, spiritual retreats, or Catholic events hosted through Divinly:
Full refund available if canceled at least 3 days before the event starts.
50% refund if canceled within 48 hours before the event.
No refund once the event begins.
If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect charges, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We'll work to resolve the issue with understanding and fairness.
